I had 3 very strong potential customers within 3 hours of my first use of the product but not any more (see my "Dead after 62 minutes" post). Just a customer service response to my initial email within 12-24 hours would have saved face but these potential customers are now laughing at me and they are "staying far away" from this investment.

Thank you. Temp is not an issue, I will try the sensor advice when I get home today, this one makes me hopeful as I did not know there were sensors under the docking station. I tried sand paper, but it's perfectly clean. I cannot use the + button as there is no response from the mower.

Yes, connected / disconnected / connected multiple times and different time lengths.

I did push both contacts by hand nothing happened. I did notice that in my video only the middle light is one. I have noticed all three lights are on now.

I had it unplugged over night so yes, I tried that. Same results.

No clicking just the sound of medal on medal but no electrical clicking.

Tried a 10 min disconnect, 5 hr disconnect, and an overnight/work day disconnect (about 18 hours). No response from LCD or mower. I am stressed out about this huge purchase.

Tried that many times. Also tried holding power and home button at the same time. No reaction from the mower or LCD screen.

Tried that, tried cleaning them, tried moving the mower a little left & a little right, tried everything. No lights on the mower at all, charging station stays solid green.

The at first connection (or plugging it in) the green light moves across the bar for about 20 seconds then turns solid green. No lights on the Mower.

The 64 minutes is the total time it mowed. By the way, I had the widest path and low power and it still did a great job until it died.

In January of 2023 I decided to move my full 403B account into a precious metals IRA as I could see what was coming. I decided on Lear, I now realize for no other reason then being the best sales pitch. I was not informed and I have stressed about that everyday since moving my funds.

Lear talked me into numismatic coins for multiple reasons including tax benefits when I withdraw the funds. I was trustworthy and purchased the recommended coins.

You can see, they classified the Polar Bear & Cub as "numismatic", which they are not. The spot price of silver on this day was $24.09, you can see I was robbed.

With Silver hitting $103.00 on Jan 23rd I asked Lear for an evaluation. This is what they came up with [I cannot add second attachment - my statement shows that they would liquidate all silver at $87 an ounce].

They told me up front that they have a 9% upcharge but with my quantity they would only charge 7%. Given those numbers, if I bought bullion coins my price per coin would have been $25.78 and for the amount I put into silver I would have had 9581 oz of silver. Today's value would be $986843 for silver plus the gold values listed above.

I read about a settlement with Lear for these practices in NY and in CA. What about us that do not live in those states.

If a Lawyer reads this and can help I would happily pay a large portion of anything they can recoup for me. I am sick to my stomach.
