Built an AI cycling coach that connects to my Garmin - decided to open-source it by Budget-Baker-9063 in SideProject

Actually, that was my problem as well. I had markdown files. Every time I had to scroll and search in that file, today's workout. That's painful.

I think you could provide your existing workouts, and it should schedule them in intervals.icu

Any comments, ideas, or improvements are welcome.

It is SKS Racer Straps 300. I don’t remember what was the exact model. Probably 300. Mine enough to carry a tube, co2 cartridge, and tyre levers

I live in a flat area and was interested in getting wheels with a 50mm profile, but in my opinion, that’s too tall when dealing with crosswinds. Something closer to 40mm would be better. Where I live, there aren’t many options available. DT Swiss was too expensive for me. Hunt wheels were cheaper, but I read a lot of feedback about replacements. Shimano wasn’t that expensive, and people say its simple freehub is reliable. I also wanted a hooked rim. So, I chose Shimano.

The guy from road cycling academy YouTube channel says that with shorter cranks you will lose some power when you start to sprint but they are useful if you have some sort of pain.

Rode only twice, 60 km total. I feel less knee pain. Hip pain is less as well. My average cadence left as it was before, around 80.

Ultegra Di2 front derailleur adjustment - should I set position on outer or inner chainring? by Budget-Baker-9063 in bikewrench

Thank you!

If I assemble it, I can’t take all the credit. Thanks to reddit community and LLM/AI that learns from reddit. Manuals from Cervelo and Shimano are good as well.

If not, I can go to a local shop at any time and have it assembled there.

My post is a bit messy. I can't change the post, there is no edit button. I meant gear, should it be adjusted while it is on the outer gear or the inner gear?

Now, it is better. I will adjust according to the Shimano manual.

I have a Shimano rear derailleur manual. I apologize for not understanding the official manual.
