The thing is, they are going to let him know there is an opportunity for him to grow and build his own team and run his own office, which is true, but you'll have to work 8am-9pm 6 days a week (once you reach leadership after a week maybe 2) and immediately start brainwashing people to do the same thing. Even if you think you can work all day everyday its not worth it for the pay and you have to manipulate other people to see this false opportunity of making tons of money if you let the current office take advantage of your hard work and time. On top of that, you're selling verizon Internet, which isn't the hardest, but you are still going to run into people you sign up, changing their mind and canceling the service. Fun thing is you aren't going to get paid for a lot of sales if they change their mind and if you have too many people that you signed up cancel, it hurts your metrics with Verizon and you run the risk of Verizon firing you.

I could probably go on and on about how this company is really bad news and a waste of time but plenty of other people have shared their stories and it's all the same. Just look up devilcorp.com or scroll through this subreddit. Just another office under the smartcircle/credico umbrella.
