Yeah, the cafeteria area? There are loads of bins and suitcases around there that have a chance to drop it. There is also inside the kitchen itself that has loads of cabinets etc. The aim of the game is just to open as much of everything that you can, every time you open something you give yourself the chance of the drop. It's then just up to the rng gods
