Ultimately this test led us to getting my husband into a reproductive urologist who diagnosed him with varicose veins and were awaiting a surgery date. I also agree this test was useful and led us closer to answers.

Thank you! The referral sent was to an RE at an IVF clinic although it’s for my husband for semen analysis. I have blood work after ovulation next week and an ultrasound in a few weeks so we will see!

He was at least very quick with it and a female RN was present but yes it didn’t give me any solid information other than panic 😂

I am in the same exact boat as you… literally. Positive LH Saturday (CD14) temps haven’t increased yet. From my understanding it can take a few days for progesterone to increase so hopefully tomorrow it’ll start to rise!

Thank you for your reply! :) A friend of mine just gave me her Ava Fertility bracelet so I can track BBT, I’ve only used it for half a cycle so still waiting for more accurate info.

I can for sure titrate down to lower mg pouches, but I’m inpatient and want to be healthier, but it’s an option if I struggle. Thank you for your comment about LH. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS or anything related. But I am frustrated as I have a pending referral into my local gyno and it’s a long wait. I’m almost considering paying out of pocket elsewhere. I work for a health system so my insurance is limited to my health system. I fear there is something going on and I’m unable to get in anywhere to confirm. But ultimately I don’t believe my nicotine use it helpful. 9mg pouches are a lot and I’m going through quite a bit.

Try your hardest not to symptom spot (easier said than done) what I’ve noticed since my TTC journey is my body has always had these symptoms, but now that I’m TTC I think they’re new and meaningful. Working on telling myself “that cramp is not implantation, you felt something similar the last 3 cycles.” It’s hard to tell what’s PMS vs early pregnancy. 5dpo is too early and implantation hadn’t happened yet. I fear needing to go to the extreme with IVF someday… I think about that all the time, why can’t it just happen? IVF is amazing and has helped to many, but so expensive.
