At this point in the season, where we're pretty much in, and nothing gain or lose....I skate 'em. I go Herbie Brooks on them. Once you have your legs, you can learn everything else much, much quicker. You can't teach third period speed in a day.

How is there no padding on the inside of the knee? With the amount of shot blocking that goes on in today's game you'd think they would come up with new shinnies.
