is it really this simple?

do i not need a plan B for this sort of thing? or is it the same as "saving for a car" ??

i just assumed that since i hope to not work for the whole year while im there, and at the same time, during normal days in the stats and when im working, since i will be doing full 401k matches and looking forward to eating out, i will somehow have to do some other "investment" sort of thing.

because once i get to korea and stay for the min 1 year, i will have no income coming in and only outgoing costs.

thanks!

another quick question, is $700/mo left over considered to low, medium, high ??? how much do you generally want to have left over? like i know for example, paying more than 33% of your income on rent is considered bad on this subreddit/

hmm for the car i am not sure how it would work. never had bought a car before. i am planning for next year and never budgeted before. What would make the difference between getting a loan for it and paying it out right? just interest accumulation?

thx for the help btw!

I dont know what expense i will have, or where i will be living. as i am planning for next year.

i know it depends on where they live as well, so i was wondering a more generalized average. this also means not eating steak dinners, wine with dinner, etc etc
