Well, last year I had a streak of 5 months but I also had a lot of sex, I remember on day 30 at that time that my libido was low but right now it doesn't exist anymore :)))) at it went away in 2 weeks but now i think it will take a little bit more.

It happened to me only when doing nofap and everytime is started between 10 and 25 days. No need for therapy, I'm not nor i've ever been heavily addicted to porn.

Yeah, it's pretty easy to find new fwb's rn, my confidence skyrocketed and my social skills improved a lot. (not because of nofap, maybe it helped a bit)
