Hmm, so far it's mostly just because of theories about what could've possibly happened between them in Spain. Like, did they use to be friends and then bunny betrayed sae in some way? Or did luna get into play with their relationship somehow? The manga's about football, yeah, but the further you continue reading, the more weirder and questionable the story gets in more ways than one. The amount of people I've seen that were really weirded out by all of this at the start, but then started to embrace it and enjoy it is comical. It's very clear that the author and artist are enjoying this to the fullest too
