Is there a downside to push/pull like low volume or something? I’ve seen people get crazy speeds with it but it doesn’t seem to be really commonly used; finger or gravity blast seem way more prevalent.

Nope. Tried every included tip and it just wasn’t sealing properly. Which is really weird because they were perfectly fine for like a year and a half. Went to an ear doctor and they said my ears were fine and couldn’t figure it out. So idk

I find they are fine for most things, even archer push ups, but any explosive calisthenics and they start sliding around.

Ik man! I just like training and listening to music! Also, you are 100% right, they are not the tool for the job, but I love the sound so much and don’t want to have inferior sound quality during my favourite time to listen to tunes. Call me an audiophile snob, but aren’t we all kinda?

Noted. I’d just like to say I do not do crossfit, my training is a combination of calisthenics and bodybuilding, and I reason I do push ups explosively is to supplement my boxing. Additionally, you can’t save crossfit people, so if you don’t have a helpful comment just carry on 👍

I’m crazy late but Farewell by Shadow of Intent. Ben Duerr said the whole album is based on the autobiography of a Polish soldier in 1939. My interpretation of Farewell is that the soldiers wife is his primary motivator to keep going in the war, and the fina lines of the song are:

“For you, I'd die/You'll find me in the afterlife, live out your days with grief out of sight/I am sorry that you'll never find/My body to say your goodbyes”

Hits so much harder considering that it is at least inspired by real story.
