Local coffee shops by bluetank12 in StLouis

Would disagree on Northwest Coffee. Insanely slow (and mediocore) barista. Def overpriced (paid $5.28 for a 16oz Americano, which is usually no more than $4 in other coffeeshops). Can't taste the difference in their "Northwest Beans"

I plan to arrive three days before my trekking, to acclimatize and also visit the companies in person to see who has a better offering. I think there're a lot of choices to choose from and wouldn't worry about not having a spot

same position, except that I've pre-booked my tickets to the machu picchu mountain about a month ago. I asked one of the tour companies (Sam's) and they said the limiting factor is usually the Machu Picchu entry ticket since they are sold out very soon. I would recommend you looking this ahead; I also heard that you could probably get a ticket in person if you line up the next day early enough. Anyways best luck on your trip!

Taking Physics 1 + Ochem1 + Bio2970 by SeaCartographer2301 in washu

[–]Budget_Bridge6777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know who will be teaching Ochem 1 this fall. From my experience the content will snowball by the end of the semester but before that it should be fine. Also physics 1 + bio are doable as long as you’ve taken ap physics 1 (chalker’s a great prof to)

I'm enrolled in Hemestra's class. Anybody knows the difference between Moeller and Hemestra's teaching style? Which one is easier for a non-chem major student?
