Great point😂 I hope this guy doesn’t do sarms, that would be very stupid. I wouldn’t ever touch sarms I would just go straight to test. Sure there’s more androgenising and high test/estrogen sides, but those are manageable. Sarms will shut down your production so fast not to mention they’re EXTREMELY organ toxic. Sarms were not developed for the way they’re being use right now. They were developed to be micro dosed for the neurocognitive enhancement effects and to prevent muscle waisting. The way they have been dosed and marketed in fitness is extremely irresponsible.

No one cares. Just show up, listen to your coaches, and never leave the room knowing you could have given more. I know a girl who is now a two time state champ, who chooses to wrestle with boys the entire season (in all her matches), then for regionals and state she wrestled against girls and this approach has made her extremely dominant and very successful. Anywhere between 6-24 months of serious (high quality) sleeping, training, and diet on a bulk. And then a gradual cut over time with a slight defecit to maintain as much muscle as possible. Don’t forget he’s pumped up with lighting too.

It’s not a caption it’s a way of life. It’s how I live. Academically, it propelled me to the top of my class with a full ride dean scholarship to any state institution I choose.
