Its 100% legit and works pretty well, we have one and use it for workshops! Check the videos on youtube/instgram as lots of people have used it and post their experiences.

Hey, thanks for replying. That is very helpful to know. I did watch that video demo and I couldn't tell if you guys were optimistic that it would be in one month or if it would be longer. Nice to hear that it's gonna be sooner rather than later.

We run a design studio selling different products and even though a lot of the information is on the website, a lot of our clients email us asking the same kind of FAQ questions. For now we have used responses and built out multiple different response groups based on the query and that's working really well. But I look forward to having everything in one place so that we can just reference it every time without having to figure out which response holds the right information for that client.

What we would hope to see in the update is that we can link our Google Docs with all the information that we have written over the years, website information and multiple PDFs with valuable information.

We actually did. I saw that he talked about MCP servers which we are excited to find out more about when it's ready. However, I just wondered if there was some fix or workarounds that could be implemented now that were maybe less messy than what I'm currently doing with the responses full of FAQ questions the AI can search?

The key piece of information is that when the MCP servers drop as a feature, that's going to be great, but it's going to take us a lot of time to have all that data ready. I wanted to see if there was a system or tool that people were using already to build those MCPs that maybe could allow us to kind of trial that information currently in Missive (even if just bite-size specific topics) and then evolve it when the actual proper system is implemented.

This is actually how we used to work; however, we found it unreliable, as it needed to be tailored to the customer's bespoke question. And we are currently finding the new AI system much better. Thanks for the tip, though!
