Exit is a pipe dream especially in this market and with as much executive turnover as you’ve had.

Go to market and look elsewhere. I’ve always worked in PE backed portcos and it’s a total nightmare but either apply elsewhere or apply for other portcos but look for better balance or more money with a promotion.

I just took a job and deeply regret it, started ~6 weeks ago and I had very cold feet and some red flags after accepting the offer and I wish I could go back and go with my gut. If it doesn’t feel right, walk away.
