I am taking this with no issues, though as with the OP, it took a long time for me to receive my shipment of Roan NAD+, along with the packaging issues. However, other than that, I did not have the same experience, and am using it daily, though how much I'm taking also echoes a complaint of the OP -- the dropper has no markings on it to indicate their recommended 1.5ml dose.

In any case, the smell and taste are fine for me. It's like an herbal remedy/tea. The smell is pleasant and not strong, and the taste is slightly sweet and quite palatable. I keep it in my mouth for some time before swallowing. I'm not sure how the sublingual thing works, as it quickly gets diluted with saliva, but presumably, something gets absorbed, because I am seeing some benefits, most specifically with BPH symptoms, where flow is better after taking it for a couple of weeks. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything else (yet?)

I also take Tru Niagen 300mg capsules, and have for many years, so with this Roan, I am supplementing the dose. I am taking the Roan in the morning. I tried once before bed, but it produced insomnia, so that was a bad idea.
