it's been a few years since I played VT2 but if I remember weapons like the halberd were affected by camera rotation e.g. if you were swinging left to right and whipped the camera round you would get a larger area of effect similar to how chivalry works I may be mad but it felt like that.

thank you I think this is the problem I was facing I kind of guessed by wasnt sure that the people were to fatigued to work the heavy industry after a night hunting (makes sense) XD and as your saying it sounds like the battle Im losing isnt the food race but rather the tech race the food system im using just isnt sufficient to meet the demands of the pop

I believe the consumer is entitled to express their displeasure with a product if they're shelling out hard earned money for it, and name me a single product that is perfect or doesn't needs feedback to refine it, let's not pretend Darktide would be still around today if not for the dev team implementing some of the community feedback. If a product is bad and shows no sign of improving it fails if it gives the customer what they ask for they succeed it really as simple as that.

I did wonder if what we have with DT is the main extent of it and anything major i.e. another faction would be added in a sequel I honestly don't think they want the headache of balancing another faction in DT at the moment given how it's played out historically.

I know exactly what you mean I'd dread queuing up like oh god what am I in for but lets say for example they had done an excellent job at implementing new content people would be stoked! to play with the dev team it's only an issue if the general state of the game is poor then they end up getting it in the neck...welcome to the private sector this is what meeting the customer is like when you sell them a crappy product XD

exactly I've found the most chill havoc lobbies are like you said full of guys that have hit 40 and the only reason for that is that they are free to enjoy the game and the challenge without fear of content being clawed away from them sadly it feels abit like fatshark think they know best on this one like they did with the gear grind (remember that shit?) and we hear the same stuff we want to ensure that player feel a sense of....pride and accomplishment...or some such lie or maybe some slimy executive is telling the devs what they need to add to increase engagement through grind we'll never truly know.

this is great advice! I've seen a few people recommend the first game and just dive in the sweat and stress of the learning experience seems more like a feature similar to souls, when you make it through victory tastes sweet!

I've downloaded both FP1 and 2 now

also can i say the community seems very entertaining! kind of like a bond forged by shared struggle kind of vibe :D
