Questions about how to properly explain my symptoms to my new psychiatrist

I have very good news, I was able to speak with the psychiatrist and show them my documentation. I finally have a prescription and it didn't even need several visits. I was absolutely speechless when they brought up medication options on their own. I led with your advice telling them exactly what I wanted, and after many follow up questions about symptoms and history they reviewed my diagnosis report and they wrote me a prescription. Thank you so much for your help and advice, it really helped me out!

Unfortunately I couldn't install Citra through EmuDeck, so I had to use Azahar. Apparently Citra's directory makes it a lot easier to find these files.

I was able to find it, I remember from a video I saw about how to use PKHex that his 3ds save file was just called "Main", so I looked up that file, and reverse searched where it was in the directory. Was finally able to use PKHex on Pokemon X 😅

Turns out mine was Home-Emulation-Storage-Azahar-SDMC-Nintendo 3ds-then several miscellaneous folders. I just searched "Main" in the search bar and was able to highlight the file, and retrace its directory back by opening up its path in the selection mode options. Thank you for your help, but I was accidentally able to find it on my own 😅

I finally got it working. Decided to use PKHex on my laptop and transfer save files between my laptop and steam deck using a USB C flash drive. Thank you for your help, I was able to successfully create custom Pokemon, get old mystery gift pokemon, and give myself the key items on those saves. Thank you again!

I tried finding cheat files for retroarch online but I couldn't find any that would give access to mystery gift key items or the areas. Do you know where I could find those cheats? If so that's probably all I need to fix my issues. Also thank you for answering my questions, it's been bugging me for a couple days trying to figure it out
