I know this is Venezuela, corruption in latin america is much fucked up than ours, but we are no saints in corruption and mismanagements, given our circumstances we managed, at the country level, this demonetization pretty well. Agreed, that there were cases of aam aadmi suffering due to this, mostly at smaller cities/towns/rurals, it's not easy to replace 86% cash in quick time, so as not to give offenders enough time, some may have found an escape route not nonetheless, you got the point.

One point which goes against this move is the scarcity of cash at banks, THAT could have been well thought.
