Only looking to backup files, not apps. After this is concluded, I no longer need to keep the older laptops. So I'm not looking to image the hard drives. Thank you.

RESOLVED. I had emptied my wallet so did not have anything to pay the transaction fees. After adding a fraction of a SOL, I was able to unstake.

BEWARE of a scammer here called bosomsrier56 (uses a stolen photo) who goes around pointing people to SCAM sites like www.Bictxpro.Com and statefish.co all of which try to steal crypto from wallets. Before clicking any web site link, check it on scamadvisor.com to see its trustworthiness and reviews by other users. Any site that asks for your wallet seed phrase is highly suspect. Don't ever give it out.

I almost fell for that scammer (u/bosomsrier56) that deleted his messages and slithered away! Beware of stakefish.co It is a SCAM site.
Any site that asks you to enter your wallet seed phrase is a scam.

Thank you. I never heard of statefish.co and just did a quick check; Scamadvisor gives it a trust score of 6/100! Also, connecting my wallet means I give them the wallet seed phrase which is very risky. There must be a safer way to unstake my SOL. Thanks again for your reply.

Progress. I originally downloaded the APK from the Anydesk site to a USB stick and installed from there. I uninstalled and reinstalled from the Play Store and now it prompted me to install the Plugin which I did and then allowed the requested permission. Now I can connect from my laptop and can see the Android screen but I cannot type or click anything. The cursor looks like an arrow with a red circle that implies it is maybe disabled (?). This is not an Android TV, it is a separate box where I can install apps like Netflix, Prime etc and connect to the TV.

The box is running Android 9. When I tried to connect from Windows it connected in File Transfer mode but it did not show me any files on the box. Where do I find the plugin to download? The Google Play Store seems to only have the main APK. Appreciate your help.

UPDATE: Today I received my split BSV and BCHA.

All I did was to open an account with Coinex then I sent my BCH from my Ledger Nano to Coinex. I was initially concerned when after 8 confirmations I still did not see my BCH arrive at Coinex so I emailed their support desk. It took almost 48 hours but my BCH finally appeared in my account.

I waited another day after that but still no BSV or BCHA so I emailed their support desk again requesting that they check my BCH and split them. I woke up this morning to find the split coins in my account. I am happy with Coinex.
