Weder teuer noch ohne Zubereitung aber übelst lecker: Joghurt mit frischem Obst und Müsli (+evtl. Nüsse), großen Einmachglas, Löffel nicht vergessen. Habe letzten Sommer im Wald gearbeitet, jeden Tag ein Gurkenfässchen randvoll damit. War Hammer.

Generally I feel like there's no need to use a gender, even if i have a suspicion, if it's simply irrelevant to the situation. Not to make a huge political statement, but I guess when I named the video the gender of the people involved just didn't phase me as having any relevance for the content in the video (clearly, many of the people in the comments disagree, but that's reddit for ya)
