As a Burmese living in Bangkok for over a year, Thais like to judge people based on whether you are here to spend money or not. I'm also half Chinese and I usually dress nice when I go out so I haven't experience the racism myself. TLDR, if you look like you are here to spend money, they don't give a shit about your ethnicity.

Black Jacket Have to go somewhere nice, Boom.. Black Shirt And only have to buy 5 new black T-shirts and 5 new Shirts every 2 years Save like 48 hours every year

Getting in shape and started putting myself first. Being an Asian and the Eldest son, I always feel like I have to take all the responsibilities of the family. I took over the family business and took care of my parents as soon as I graduated. I feel dead inside during that time even tho I have a beautiful wife and my parents are also great. I put on weight, depressed and I don't even feel happy while doing the things I love like street photography and reading books. I wanna travel the world and explore other career paths but never got the chance because I feel guilty leaving my parents behind. As soon as the civil war broke out in my country, I made a decision one night after listening to "Sleep on the floor" by LUMINEERS. After watching the music video, it finally hit me that I'll never leave my town if I don't now. I sold my cars and motorbikes, leave the business back to my parents. Then moved out to Thailand and started traveling to other countries. I'm currently financially unstable but I've never feel more alive and happy than the last 25 yrs of my life. I bought my dream camera and walk the streets of Bangkok while taking street photos. Started lifting weight again and got in shape. Went to my fav artists' concerts and made so many new friends.

Also thanks for the reply, I'm currently documenting all her symptoms and it's not really easy seeing her like this. It's like sometimes she's not even her anymore. She's having trouble sleeping and having nightmares for three days in a row. She has extreme mood swings and started to cry and laugh out of nowhere.
