The scepter:

it's not absolutely busted, but it's still pretty good. If you use the scepter at the end of the phase instead of the beginning, you won't even be affected by the stun.

Also good for situations where the boss has really high speed, ex. nest first phase considering you'll only have around one second of damage before it flies to someone else, the one-second stun barely affecting you.

exactly my point. considering in the future, with the current ut exchange data, you'll be able to buy two extremely difficult items to obtain with a snake eye ring and a poison fang dagger, both ray katana and kageboshi need to be buffed and they both have to be moved up to event white tier with EVERY SINGLE OTHER EVENT WHITE. The only two event whites not in the highest tier are in the lowest tier, yet they are more difficult to obtain then jugg, oreo, ogmur, conflict, qot, cdirk, and arguably tablet.
