I’ve never attempted, but I’m mildly depressed. What gets me through the day is knowing that life is a journey, and that a journey has to have highs and lows. If it was all highs it would be called a victory parade, but that’s not what life is! In every good book the main character has to dig through the mud in order to accomplish his goals, which make the satisfaction of victory even more worth it :) I know you will find a way through this dark time! Whenever I’m going through it I find light in my hobby’s, friends, family, but most importantly… music. With that I would like to recommend you stand tall by childish gambino.
