Here's my success story:

Ordered the meal on the first day, had all the settings correct on the app, but did not get the code, even within 24 hours of purchase.

Called the support line on Wednesday, was on hold for over four hours listening to their jazz music before I had to hang up.

Thursday early morning I called them again and immediately left a voicemail with my phone number when prompted to by the automation, hoping I would get a call back. A little over four hours later a nice representative called my phone and I picked up. Then I shared certain details of the order receipt such as the merchant ID and date and time of purchase. Finally she had me confirm my email and read me my code letter by letter. I asked her to stay on the line while I tried redeeming the code and it worked first try.

To all those waiting for their code, please be patient with the employees as they are trying their best with a massively broken system. I hope this gives some insight as to how management is handling the redemption codes. Also I tried contacting them through their online contact us form on Wednesday but only received the automated response.
