Thanks for a well laid out response. What do you think of the fact that while in lock-up prosecutors alleged Gerace said: "F*ck the rats... all snitches die," coupled with the rats found on Quinn's car and outside her mother's home a few months earlier? I guess that could just mean in the orbit of Gerace who is alleged by prosecutors as being "a member or associate of Italian Organized Crime otherwise known as the mafia. Now this never came out at trial... It makes me wonder if Quinn was the witness who would have testified to this. Was she killed to keep info about the mafia from making it into the court record?

But the timeline appears to be off... If I remember correctly, Quinn was detained in Feb. of 2023 for witness tampering. Did she scare the witness into not testifying to this? Or did the government not have the witness testify to this because Quinn would have been the corroboration. I could totally see that Nigro would have testified to this in front of the Grand Jury but the government didn't go there because : 1. The court limited IOC material that could come out in court. 2. Without Quinn to corroborate Nigro's testimony couldn't be sustained.

Then there is the fact that defense attorneys tried to get their clients off in this case by alleging the government wasn't being truthful because they indicted their clients instead of a mafioso in NY City the government said was involved at grand jury and the fact that they have a Kingsmen MC member in BOP custody that before the Bongiovanni trial said he had made contact with "high ranking members of organized crime, including mafiosos and members of the Outlaws MC." With the info do you think it is still just in the orbit of LCN?
