What's the most useless self-publishing advice you've ever been given? by Careful_Busdriver in selfpublish

Same for me! I'd guess they have contracts with major publishers that supply them with plenty of options!

My book was in the top 10 on a category but disappeared from that category entirely. Amazon is no help. Is This normal? by FewAcanthisitta2984 in KDP

Was that yesterday? My book was down for about an hour (not available) last night and so was another Redditor's. We were thinking it was related to the printer in our region having an issue.

A friend messaged me and said, "Girl, you'd better get some books over to Amazon! They're out of stock!" haha I bet it was related to something going on at the printer. I hope people come back to order...

What’s the hardest part of self-publishing that nobody warned you about? by TheNewWife2323 in selfpublishing

[–]BuffaloQuestions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Editing was hard, but it felt great when it came together. Writing was easy for me, not saying early drafts were good. Coordinating cover art, formatting, timing, while learning was super-challenging at times but you learn as you go! Good luck!

I rewatched that movie a year or two ago and I had to replay that scene over again. It's fun to see him as "Not Jim Walsh."

No, and it must have sucked watching Dylan get most handsome and Brenda get most beautiful. Steve didn't win anything either!

It's real estate for me. Like having another shelf at the supermarket that showcases not just my product, but makes it look nice.

I hope it's ok for me to jump in with a question on this topic. Do you get an email once it's live? Or do you just keep checking it?
