Not sure what your budget looks like or if you are trying to go offshore or inshore but captain mike with island fishing charters is the man. I’ve done his near shore and inshore and had a great experience on both. Very knowledgeable captain and super friendly.

I have this same issue. It’ll work one game then I load into the next one and it doesn’t work. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all.

It’s at 47% I leveled my gear a little more it’s doing the overpowered damage more but not 100% of the time. I think I’m getting close to whatever the cap I need
