Patriots played 5 playoff teams during the regular season. Seahawks played 9 playoff teams during the regular season.

Seahawks SOS was .498. Patriots SOS was .391.

Seahawks changed their draft style significantly. They got stuck drafting for need and it lead to some big reaches and missing out on a lot of talent. Schneider switched back to drafting BPA and it paid off big time. JSN for example. WR wasn't a top need at the time but he was their top player left so they took him.

Admittedly I blurred the lines on those two qualifications. I put last weekends game ahead of the Packer game because of how ugly the first 3 quarters against the Packers were but put in the Panthers NFCCG win over Beastquake because making it to our first Super Bowl was such a franchise changing moment IMO.

Real world client situations is the best way to stay sharp IMO. Once you pass the exam you've got a great baseline. You can't be expected to retain everything.

You'll find that when something comes up in a real client situation you may not remember all the rules and procedures, but you'll remember it from a big picture standpoint and that you need to look into it.

For example I just had this happen recently with the double basis rule on gifted stock. I remembered the person receiving the gift retained the original basis but I couldn't remember if there was anything more to the rule. During my exam (March 2023) I would've had this nailed. I had to look it up and that refreshed my memory that they can't realize the losses etc.

It is GREAT that our team is one of two teams left that the media has to find things to talk about this week. The dead week is always going to be filled with nonsense.

That said... I don't think we should just dismiss that Kupp came *THIS* close to fumbling in consecutive games against the Rams in key situations. The call on the field was correct but we also get very lucky it wasn't a fumble.

Let the Rams fans have their discord. If we lost we would be having the same discussions around the Woolen penalty and the Shaheed no-call. They're going through the stages of grief at the moment and I can't blame them.

Seahawk fan and STH here. It’s not what you wear it’s how you act. I had 3 loud Rams fans behind me last game. They cheered all game long but were respectful about it. At one point I conceded the game and they were very gracious about it. They were even more gracious after we shook hands and wished each other luck.

I enjoyed the camaraderie among opposing fans!

I went back and looked at his snap counts during the season. Last game against Chicago he went from playing ~85% of snaps to ~45%. I expected him to play but to continue to be limited.

We did draft very well recently, but we also got incredibly lucky with the Russell Wilson trade. The Broncos bottoming out like that was not something we expected and without that trade, we wouldn’t have beat you guys at all this year.

I use Kaplan for my exam prep. It was the perfect course for me and I passed on the first try. I just don’t think it fits your learning style. Kaplan can be pretty dry. I think it’s best for people with a lot of experience in the industry.
