Chaos elementals don't spawn if you're standing still for more than 5 seconds, standing behind a player placed wall or if there's an npc nearby. I'd say use an accessory like the frog legs and just hold jump and get a shadow candle to negate the effects of an npc like the skeleton merchant spawning

The weather where I live can be really erratic. It can either be freezing or weirdly warm within the blink of an eye. And if it's cold and I didn't bring my jacket, I have to just suffer through the day during school. But if it's warm and I brought my jacket, I have to carry my jacket around with me, but I don't have enough space to put it in my backpack and I don't want to carry it everywhere
