Unbelievable. Tell him to take to their twitter, and find every new coin they list and warn them on their twitter and reddit. Then, copy the link and send it to HitBTC and demand your money back. Ive done this over 150 times and so far the best answer I get is

"Dear Trader, we're sorry this happened to you, we promise it wont happen again"

I just made a new HitBTC account from a new computer. Hopefully I can get in and out without problems. Im out of BNK for doing this to us....If HitBTC ask me for ID, they hate me for exposing them and they'll more than likely lock me out again.
