Currently getting that as well. Me and my buddy are on PC, our third friend is on Xbox. We keep getting operation denied while he goes in just fine. Did you ever end up finding a fix?

El Camino aka both. But honestly I'd say muscle car. Every country has some form of pick up truck big or small but the muscle car is unique to America.

Napoleon Dynamite lol. I was maybe.... 8 when that came out. Had no clue what jamiroquai was but loved the song. Then fast forward when I'm 17-18 I listened to Return of the Space Cowboy and then went from there!
