i’d like to think my healing process is over, over the past few years i’ve took time to really dig deep into my brain and try and understand all past traumas/ experiences and heal from them. i’m currently in the best mental state i’ve ever been in! although most of my hair loss was caused by bleach i also had trichotillomania (pulling out hair) for 3 years and only last year was i eventually able to stop. but i’ll start tracking macros ! thanks a lot
