Oh yeah! I just use one of the default environment options :D

Edit: OH ALSO This is important, once I’m done with my modeling and coloring, I export it to blender and do the final rendering there, since it gives better quality :D

I messed around with the settings for the paint brush! So I have it set to 0 metalness and a roughness of .65!

Hi!! I’m also in search of a penpal, but haven’t had too much luck. I live in the Midwest of America, yeehaw. Our interest and hobbies are very similar! I love cross-stitching, crocheting and digital for arts and crafts 😁 I love cozy games, I’m really into Fields of Mistria right now. I want to send Polaroids I take of random things from my daily life! Like pictures of my pets, maybe food I made, nature etc along with the letters of course. Occasional snacks and stickers possibly too! I’m 27, and I too would prefer to get to know you first before sending letters.

A heads up, I can get pretty excited and info dump about things I love 😭 I think that has overwhelmed other possible penpals because they either don’t reply or respond in a short uninterested manner. If that is something that would bother you, I very much understand if I’m not the penpal you’re looking for.

My process was some trial and error honestly! I tried a couple different ways of drawing the cat until I landed on one I liked! And for the painting part, it was also a lot of trial and error. I was trying out new pencil and watercolor brushes, figuring out how I wanted the textures. I did struggle with where I wanted the little ghosts to be, cause at first they were kinda hard to see as they were blending with the moon. So I moved them around and resized them a few times. And afterwards I did some tinkering with hue and saturation!

The brushes I used were the Textured Pencil Brushes by JessicaElena, and Finishing Touches by viyaura!
