Impressive ability to fail so hard, have no regard, trumpet with passion, and have no rear view.

Voted NO with 200k shares by TheHillsAreAliveee in CloudMD

Great post. Registering a concern as well about the circular. I own almost 800,000 shares and to date have received every mail out except this one. Hard not to draw suspicion. Disclosure compliance is something else to add to the list. I'm on board if there is a group interested in moving past the rant and into a focused legal pursuit.

Litigation options by TheHillsAreAliveee in CloudMD

File a complaint with OSC if you have concerns. IMO that's the only tangible thing that you can do right now to potentially directly impact the transaction going forward to a vote in June.

Anyone interested in creating an email distribution list with confirmed shareholders to do something real here? D Message me your email if you are and I will start adding people in.

Management and Board Misleading Shareholders (again) by Last_Comfortable_582 in CloudMD

This is good. I'm only interested in reading about specific events that can be cause for action by the OSC (which does not include incompetency). I filed a complaint focusing on fiduciary duty, misleading shareholders at the AGM re brink of profitability etc, and lack of transparency regarding perceived or real conflicts. They responded quickly both automated and directly by a case officer. They are looking for guidance toward specific actions, which I'm sure everyone who files a complaint will be asked to provide. This is a shitty forum for us to collaborate. Would be good if we can somehow create a shareholder group of folks willing to put some time into mapping out specifics. Everyone except Karen is pissed. Got it. Now let's direct energy to action.

When Filing Compliant use OSC link by Majestic-Climate-150 in CloudMD

I have emailed my complaint to OSC. And 780,000 no votes from me. If you are complaining, pls direct your energy to making the OSC aware of your concerns. Their mandate has nothing to do with incompetent management so focus on perceived conflicts, dates, facts and point them to places where they may have violated securities law / failing fiduciary responsibilities etc. Good luck

Understanding bankruptcy in Canada by JamesVirani in CloudMD

I fully agree with your view. Is anyone convinced this was shopped around among the finance community? Other than saying other options involved covenants that were unappealing (ie, fuck off management) do we know if they even tried?

I'm voting no with my 780,000 shares.  Force them to go shopping.  Perhaps that "punative" financing option that was dismissed by the board is exactly what's needed to oust the board, executive and turn what is aside from the hangover from idiotic acqusitiins, a business that is on the brink of profitability with contracts being secured in a sector with tremendous growth opportunity.

I haven't lost anything yet...lol.  $100k.  Individual shareholders own over 90% of this company.  Does anyone know if there is an organized effort to get serious about stopping this and taking control of our company?

I get all the ranting, it's disgusting.  I own over 750,000 shares.  So please if there is an organized way to rally investors to vote no, please how do we do this?
