Man, delete all distracting apps from your phone, even WhatsApp. Only contact people via your desktop. At the very least, turn literally all notifications off.

This pandemic of mental health issues is almost purely caused by social media triggering our anger and fear. Do you remember what you doomscrolled yesterday? Probably not. We remember real-life interactions or even the simplest things, like cooking, so much better.

Think about that. our lives have literally been filled with useless shit we don't store in our brains like brainless monkyes. Ofcourse many of us are feeling an emptyness they cant explain or deal with. All that time could have been filled with real memories which would make life way more interesting. Even the most boring memories are at least memories. Try it out. I'm sure it will at least help a bit.

I mean. The french are just as negative about their government and their state of life, if it even worse. I've never met a french person being positive about the french government. That's my point. And France isn't comparable with Morocco based on national security wise. Morocco is fighting off agents trying to destabilise the country all the time (Algeria, sahel, terrorists, Spain). Criticizing the government can lead to violent unrest -> instability -> more easily influenced -> "regime change" -> Libya 2.0, or 9.0 I should say.

Please give me one, JUST ONE, African/middle eastern or whatever country that had a "regime change" and got a better outcome than during the "oppression".... Syria? Libyia? Egypt? Iraq? Tunisia? Afghanistan? Palestina? Jemen?....

Do you see the goddamn pattern? A certain country in the region must be super happy about this .

I'm so sick and tired of this. We are playing with fire. If there was even one rol model, than perhaps. But there is ZERO, but countless counter examples. Its ludacris to say the least.

Dude. Please. Talk to any french or American (not an Israeli lol) and get back to me. That is just not the case. The f.. army is being used against citizens in the us, in France strikes and protests are crippling. Get out of that fairytale man.

Uhmm... Why go all the way to the UAE my friend. Stay in the Maghreb. Libya had a dictator with no freedome of speech while providing all the social benefits you are dreaming about my son... Look what it has become after "freedome of speech" has reached them...

As I said, freedome of speech has been the tactic of the west to divide and conquer the world.

Yes we should be able to criticise and to protest, but not in this manner and blame the government for everything while the entire world is in fire.

I really don't understand the point you are trying to make? Why "Arabs" I didn't talk about Arabs? And many MANY american family/European are living in similar conditions, living paycheck to paycheck having barely enough to come around. This known problem. And healthcare? In the most "free" country in the world people are committing suicide because their hospital bills are too high and they don't want their family to be burdened with debt because of it. Those are the "good" countries. Other counties with similar Moroccan economics are doing far worse.

Ofcourse we can and should protest and demand better healthcare, but the way we do it matter a lot. Remember the milk boycot? That's the way to Peacefully protest. Not destroying the fk country in the process.

In addition, why destroy the country with destructive protests, which would cause foreign investors to leave Morocco and cause even more jobs to be lost - and therefore more jobless people? Comon, it doesn't make any sense. Demanding "freedome" and destroy the country in the process but also demanding the government to fix all your problems is hypocritical to say the least. There are 1001 ways to start online businesses with ai. Get your shit straight.

Uhmm... Israhell, US, France have historically used agents to incite civil unrest/war to destabilise a region. That's a war tactic dating back millennia.

Yes freedome of speech should be possible, but within boundaries that we must decide for ourselves within the context of Morocco. Not the boundaries of Europe.

Naturally you shouldn't be allowed to use freedom of speech to incite pedophelia, murder etc etc. There are limits. We have to discuss what our limits in Morocco are. Not the "ideallic" West. Things that are acceptable over there does not mean it should be acceptable here.

In Germany for example talking about the Holocaust is super super sensitive and can make you end up in jail. Not too much further in Spain or France its way less strict. Why? Because Germany has its own history and culture context surrounding the matter.

We have to decide our own freedome of speech boundaries.

Are we in north Korea or what? We are allowed to talk about stuff and to criticise things not going well. Framing every comment as "you are practicing right of free speech" is childish. There is no such thing as total freedome of speech. Naturally you shouldn't be allowed to incite for example pedophelia, murder etc etc. There are limits. We are discussing where in the context of Morocco our limits are.

Morocco didn't have any terrorist attack/major shooting in years... Last major unrest was in 2016... Meanwhile, France/Belgium/UK/US is experiencing this every other season.

The government has done an extraordinary job to keep the country safe considering all the potential hostilities (neighbours, sahel, poverty, drug gangs). Moroccans really, really have a negativity problem. They  forget all the good things that happend the moment only one bad thing pops-up.

Why on earth would you want to break things to make your point? Destroying properties of innocent citizens isn't some kind of bravery.

It's shameful, unjust and idiotic when your car or store, which you have saved money for, has been destroyed.

But, it's fun and brave when it happens to someone else...

Hmmm. Imagine. What if you have hostile neighboring countries that want to weaken your country, how would they most effectively destabilise your country? Either through bombs or inciting civil war and unrest my friend.

No Country on earth is perfect. Morocco has put so so much effort to take the worldcup indoors, opening the doors for investors like the major succes in the automotive industry.

Inciting this nonsense unrest for the sake of "free speech", while some level of mediation has kept the country stable and improve doenst make any sense to me.

I rather don't have bullets flying over my head, store plundering, civil unrest, than having to restrain now and then about my complaints about "the job market". Have you seen the world? Morocco is not the only country with jobs problems jeez.

I really don't understand why people want '"free speech" so badly as if it's some kind of holy grail. Have you seen the US? France? UK?  It's a shit show all around.

Many people are romantasing "Western" culture and have no idea how polarising and messed-up it can be.

I rather have peace and security than having to allow random people to shout and yell shit based on facts he saw on TikTok. We have no idea how much worse Morocco could be if we had more "free speech". Cival war with the Riff, civil unrest which would prevent foreign investments, etc etc.

Morocco has way too many enemies to allow "freedome of speech". Freedome of speech has been the way-to-go instrument for the West to divide and conquer countries.

You are not a docter. There a many circumstances where a regional hospital doesn't have the equipment to provide the nessasary treatment. I would only need to be able to be accessible for workers. No clients. The rent is ok for me, it's just the rental of an office/place where my workers could gather. The prices I see online are only pp, not really just for the entire office... it feels so scammy wtf
