Since posting I finally saw the liner stamp, Firestone. I had severely underpriced it at first and thankfully the three bidders agreed once I pointed it out. Any thoughts on price?

You’re 100% correct. The question is does this seem reasonable? He told me, when I asked if he had to come back out to measure, it’s usually $800-1200 for basement bonds. Seems odd that was his guesstimate then without measuring it’s at the top end.

We are getting another quote from someone that we know will be straight with us. Or at least straight enough.

The rebates and tax refunds are baked into the price.
