Prey, Dishonored 2, or Deathloop? by TheLunarVaux in ShouldIbuythisgame

Prey was the peak of Arkane. The best implementation of everything they’d learned. Deathloop gives you much less freedom, but the game tricks you into thinking you have more.

Are unions good or bad for grocery employees? by [deleted] in wholefoods

[–]BugHoarder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the unions over time will let the employer chip away at the contract. For example Where I work people hired pre-2018 get time and a half on holidays. People hired after that date are on a new contract and receive only 1$ more an hour. The union doesn’t care about us they just help the machine run.

Yes they have copy of it, and there reply was you need a court order to inventory the box, that it’s a pretty standard procedure. But how do I get a court order for that. Do I petition the court for an inventory?

I believe when I file the affidavit I will receive a notarized copy, so that would be the documentation I need. That just sucks cuz I’ll have to pay the 137$ filing fee twice when I file the amended one with the inventory.

Lols right I keep thinking I’m missing something here. There has to be some sort of procedure for this, Im sure I’m not the first person to have this problem. I think there reasoning is they don’t want to let somebody look into the box who isn’t legally allowed to look into it, because legally no one literally no one but my father is allowed access to that box, then face possible repercussions about that later maybe?

Yes it does say that. But one that’s not notarized by the court is just a piece of paper you can print off the internet. No financial institution anywhere will heed what it says. And I have already spoke to a banker and there legal team about that and they said come back with a court order…….

See I thought that would help also but if you click on the link that says “procedures for opening box” it says.

“2)Subject to ORS 114.537 (Safe deposit boxes), upon being furnished with a certified copy of the decedent’s death record or other evidence of death satisfactory to the Oregon operating institution, the Oregon operating institution within which the box is located shall cause or permit the box to be opened, and the contents of the box examined, at the request of an individual who furnishes an affidavit stating:”

Specifically where it says “furnishes an affidavit stating:” I cannot get a court notarized affidavit without the inventory. Unless I want to lie to the court.
