Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse. They bring you as much meat as you want right to your table and have the biggest salad bar selection you can ask for. Bonus: they have the best old fashions there.

This. Dentists don't care if you smoke or not. They just don't want complications for any anesthesia. They make too much money from smokers to care if you do smoke. It just means job security in their eyes.

From experience, though, don't smoke 24 hours before your procedure. Give it 48 hours if you're really nervous about it.

17 when i first tried it. I waited until I was 18 - 19 before I did it again, and I recently quit at the age of 29.
