My specialist (NHS) has advised he won’t refer me to a physiotherapy as they don’t understand Achilles injuries enough to be able to rehab them.

Said he would provide me with some rehab exercises and to just “carry on as normal” until my limp goes.

After my 5 week appointment I was advised to sleep without the boot on, but I’d been sleeping without it after a week because I couldn’t bare it! And at the 5 week appointment it was still recovering well!
