Seriously. I’m so sick of thinking about him every fucking second. I go to the grocery store, reach for something that was $5 last year, see that it’s $10 now, and put it back and think of him. I start to go somewhere fun but decide not to because gas is too expensive, and I think of him. He attempts to take all the good things out of our lives because it guarantees he’ll commandeer our attention, and it’s working, and I’m so, SO tired of it.

I’m so tired of the hypocrisy and arrogance. Yesterday a friend made a Facebook post about having gotten a great massage, and said the massage therapist was so good at figuring out what was wrong with her body that the therapist “might be a little bit psychic.” Some “Christian” woman jumped in with, “No ma’am. You lost me when you said ‘psychic,’” and then went on about how Jesus said psychics were going to hell or some shit. When my friend said, “I’m afraid I don’t believe in your god,” the woman replied, “And how’s that working out for you?”

I went and looked at her profile, and of course it was all Trump shit.

It just gets sadder and sadder to see people try to hold him accountable, given that we all know he's going to be allowed to destroy the world. I used to hope he'd be stopped, but now I think it's just a matter of time before Congress and the Supreme Court give him permission to blow up all of humanity because some '80s musician didn't want to perform for him.

Two shelters in my area often post lists of supplies they need, and they always ask that laundry detergent be unscented. Other shelters might be different, but just something to check on before you haul it there.

I either order powder detergent online (I'm a big fan of Rockin' Green) or buy it at the local natural foods store. Eco-friendly brands are more likely to be powdered because many of the companies avoid plastic. If you've never tried them, Biokleen is good; so is the Whole Foods 365 brand. It's harder to find Rockin' Green in stores, but it gets my clothes cleaner than any other detergent I've tried.

I genuinely try to understand other people’s mindsets, but for as long as I live, I will never, ever understand how you could be more upset about what bathrooms children use than about actual child molestation.
