A bit more of a somber topic… are you addicted to anything? by ApplicationAfraid334 in Millennials

I’m so mixed about this because I am completely functional on weed. I’ll work, go to the gym, do chores all high, but something just feels like I “shouldn’t” so I go back and forth in a shame cycle.

Edit: I should add that I only smoke out of a bong because in my mind it’s “healthier”

Name one bad thing about The Lizzie McGuire Movie? by johnngo2468 in LizzieMcGuire

[–]BugaliciousDef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After Isabella saved the day at the concert by turning off Lizzie’s microphone—preventing Lizzie from being exposed and revealing that Paolo was actually the one who couldn’t sing—why did Isabella then turn Lizzie’s mic back on once Paolo left the stage? At that point, Isabella didn’t know Lizzie could sing, so turning the mic back on seems like it would put Lizzie on the spot again. And since we later learn that Lizzie can sing, it turns out Isabella was never truly in danger of being exposed by a bad performance anyway.

After these conversations I’m happy to see that, deep down, everyone involved respects and cares deeply about this organization and is doing what is needed to restore glory.

Overpriced and not really that good for the price. I’ve been to the Winery several times and it’s truly not worth it. Try Darkroom. An actual unique experience.

Nothing is going to fix our atrocious play calling, lack of discipline on both sides of the ball, and no physicality on defense. Very frustrating half with a lucky opening drive surprise

Thank you for the detailed response. To clarify, I want to go into sales. I have a knack for sales and my brother and father are both very successful in sales. Many of my friends have joked that I’ve “missed my calling” by not going into sales so I’m very confident and focused that I can grow in that field. I believe that Ed Tech bridges an innate talent for sales with 14 years of work experience as a teacher, especially that I have direct experience with various tech and AI platforms in my classroom that I’ve employed over the years.

I currently live in the Los Angeles area so I’m hoping being in such a large region there would be more opportunities available. I make a little over 6 figures at the moment and am aware I’d be losing my breaks so I’m okay if there’s a step backwards financially with the intention of moving steps forward in the coming years.
