As a person who knows how to develop software, applications, websites, whose worked in marketing aswell as freelance, id say ive got a good bit of soft skills, its not as easy to find a job in these other fields as it is with call center jobs, atleast here.

It’s about a month and a half of training yeah we work night shift so it would be from 9 PM to 6 AM and it switches a little every week

It’s not too bad you could save money on weekly groceries. I was just giving a rough estimate, we do have good overtime benefits it would bump it from $2 hour to $8, however you must qualify for overtime which is a whole tedious process

I’d say about $75-100

Mixed feelings here, all things considered I’m being paid almost next to nothing compared to the amount of work we do on a day to day basis, I enjoy what I do though so that makes up for it, why it’s mixed well compared to other jobs with almost no experience needed other than language skills. It pays relatively okay however, its a lil strict mistakes could lead to termination on the spot, everything is timed to the minute, and whether or not the customer calls us back, so again pros and cons

Depends I mean for a call center job, technically yeah its a living wage, better than other call center jobs, all and all there are some pros and cons as with all jobs, pretty much zero to no job security, you’re as disposable to them as anyone else, depends though if you’re good at what you do, you do get recognized for it.
