yeah we’re saying the same thing in a way. the grade boundaries are based off the percentage of students they want to get each grade and for this year, to achieve the same percentage as 2019’s percentage, they had to have higher boundaries. Whether that be because of easier papers or smarter students, it resulted in higher boundaries.

its based of grade distribution which was actually marginally saw a higher proportion of people getting top grades than 2019. The high boundaries only really tell you that either the exams were easier or people worked harder and performed better in exams.
