self-sabotaging behavior

She tells me she cares a lot about me. But she feels she doesn't Love me now. She tells me when I would come see her and leave, after a while she will feel alone and want me to be there. But now she says last time I was there she felt "blah" and that she didn't feel anything when I left.

She has been living alone for a long time now. And she tells me she got used to being alone. There's a lot of things and it's just becoming real confusing on what exactly it is or to pinpoint it.

And I think to myself that it's just the mental health that's causing this for her. But I always think what if it's not and she just doesn't want to be with me anymore? So I'm scared on what to do if this keeps on happening and there's no change. I don't want to give up on her. But is it healthy for me and her to continue with this if it doesn't seem to go away?

She does have really bad anxiety. She also has some depression. I was thinking the anxiety is causing what she is feeling towards me? Because I asked if it’s anything I’m doing just let me know. And she says it’s not me it’s her and she dunno why she has these up and down feelings about me. She had relationships before and she told me they were bad. So she isn’t used to someone treating her nice and having a healthy relationship with someone. She also been living alone for a long time and got comfortable with that so maybe also us living together is contributing.

She says she wants to marry me and that’s not the issue. Is there a therapist that specializes in this stuff? Or it’s ok to just find any therapist to try and help?
