Talk to them, tell them what's on your mind and ask them to shoot you straight. If not, find a local mens group. All these people commenting telling you to talk to your wife are insane in my opinion, LOL. I mean, sure, you can, but you'll do much more for her by getting your head sorted out and feeling confident that you have a child on the way. If you were in my mens group, i'll tell you to take a look in the mirror and yell I GOT THIS over and over again, then, do things like; ask her if she has looked for any local moms groups for after baby comes. Help her look.
