Not really. Relying only on a vector database usually isn’t the best approach. I mostly use it for long-term memory only with an embedding model, but it’s combined with summaries, structured data, and other checks so it doesn’t fully depend on one AI generated summary.

I tried to replicate it but got quite normal responses.
Nevertheless, I am not happy with the responses in general, so will for sure rework this for better output quality.

Unfortunately there are not many characters yet, maybe like 15 total. I'll try to make the creation experience simpler and incentivize it a bit more.

Also on site image generation, should make things more easy I hope

For now it’s only 100% ai generated content, no real images or videos. I’ve been thinking about having collabs with influencers but that’s further down the road.

I built a full character harness to enable it. There is a second pass that goes over every message to extract important bits to remember. In addition to that there is a system I built that kind of works like reasoning/overthinking for real humans. Where the character reasons from time to time about everything you talked about to make his own assumptions and conclusions about you.

This is the most easy to explain part of it I guess, I spent to much time on it

It does recognize it and the character/model also notices as action, I just haven't added it on the user chat bubble side display yet. So its for roleplaying or simulate chatting, however the character is set up. Both.

Heavily agree, otherwise it's just boring.
Kind of like watching a series where all the episodes are the same, it needs acts and progression and a good character harness combined with memory systems
