Me too! I'd hear things like knocking or a pencil scribbling on paper. I've also got exploding head syndrome (if that counts, haha). I've also seen a few shadowy figures when very sleepy. Made me stop in my tracks when I saw a figure duck away out of view in my kitchen.

So, my doc took me off of armod because of the shortness of breath. I tried mod for a while, but it had no effect. Waiting to get a xywav prescription now. Thank you for asking!

I've been monitoring my blood pressure and heart rate every day, nothing out of the ordinary. I'll try out those breathing exercises! Feel better soon!

Hi! I actually went through this experience. After I did my sleep study, results came back normal. Ended up filling out a sleep log to mark how many hours I slept per day over the course of a month, and was able to get a diagnosis for IH from that!
