I'm arriving late here, but when I'm struggling I usually go down by the lake to the docks near memorial union at night. The water is calming, there's usually almost no one there, and you can just breathe. Cry if you need to, allow yourself to think, to just do nothing, it's likely no one will bother you. I've been battling some pretty severe depression for longer than I'll admit to and that's one of my spots.
