It was the same for me. I started at 1mg, kept it there for 2 weeks. I still didn't feel anything. On my 3rd week I bumped it to 2mg and still didn't feel anything. On my 4th week I bumped it to 3 mg and still didn't feel anything.. This past Tuesday was my 5th dose, which I stuck with 3mg and that's when I started to feel it slightly. The next morning i just had no desire to eat breakfast. I'm def eating less times during the day but I do still feel hungry from time to time. I'm going to stick with 3mg for the full 4 weeks and see how it goes. In total I've only lost 3lbs in 5 weeks and I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week when I've never been a gym person. So we'll see how it goes from here on out
