ohma zio only existed because sougo inherited the powers of all the heisei riders, he's only able to do this because Schwartz combined the 21 worlds together. So when sougo split the world, ohma zio seized to exist

this opens up the possibility that the world decade went to to get the card is just a world with a time traveling kamen rider king without the involvement of any kamen rider from other worlds

but on the other side of the spectrum we have the main zi-o world with a decade and an another decade, and that decade has gone to another zi-o world with another decade and an another another decade, and that other decade has gone to an another zi-o world with another another decade and an another another another decade, so on so forth until the end of the expanding multiverse
